Mentorship

Rose (Rosie Eats) Jeffers, behavior analyst mentor

I’m here for you

Being a BCBA is stressful, and in a field where we talk to people all day, it can still feel isolating.

I’m here to support you wherever you are in your journey.

I understand finding a mentor you can trust and connect with isn’t easy.

I’m trying to make mentorship accessible and affordable, so I offer multiple levels of support.

1-to-1

My undivided attention

Are you overwhelmed with your caseload? Are you struggling with programming for a learner?

Do you need help communicating with caregivers, colleagues, or your boss?

Need help with BACB Ethics violation mentorship? Go here.

When I first became a BCBA I was thrown into a high caseload and was expected to know what to do. It was nerve-racking trying to manage it all and hoping I was doing a good job.

If you’re struggling, I’m here to guide you. You don’t have to endure this alone.

Small Group

Accessible Mentorship

Meg Solomon and I have teamed up to provide drop-in mentorship in a small group setting for up to three people at a time. The session will be split evenly among all participants.

We created this as an affordable way to get mentorship and to help build community, while learning about other challenges our peers are having. You can also see if you connect with our styles for potential 1-on-1 mentorship.

Meg is a BCBA, CEU creator, and owns an ABA company. She is a close friend of mine and I love what she’s doing in the field!

1 hour — $30 — Up to 3 people

Sunday Chats

Casual Conversation

Come by and connect with our community!

These chats are a casual way to get to know me and others in the field.

Sometimes we talk work advice. Sometimes we talk personal lives.

This is more community-building than mentorship, but it’s a low-key way of feeling out our vibe.

1 hour — $8 — Up to 10 people
