Why learn from me?
I’m a compassionate mentor with over 25 current and former mentees
Provided mentorship to other BCBAs for ethics violations—- common themes I’ve experienced with my mentees include:
Overwhelming caseload and lack of support from companies that are only focused on “billable hours”
RBT® and BCBA® supervision audit found out of compliance, creating a policy and procedure to ensure Ethics compliance
Self-reporting, identifying personal events that may impact behavior-analytic services
Multiple relationships
Whatever your situation is, I’m ready to work through it with you
Created Ethics CEU: “Protect Yourself: Navigating BACB® Ethics Code Violations”
I’m always learning, growing, and connecting with the behavior analyst community
I’m passionate about elevating others and celebrating their accomplishments
Most importantly, learn from me if you feel comfortable and vibe with me
